Section 24
Jurisdiction in cases where national servant is defendant or defendant
(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, when a public servant files a complaint against someone in an official capacity or when someone files a counterclaim against a public servant in an official capacity, such public servant shall file the complaint in the office or district court where the service is located.
(2) When a national servant has to file a complaint or reply in his private capacity, he can register it in the district court where he is employed.
(3) If any petition or counter-answer is registered according to sub-section (2), the court shall send such petition or counter-answer to the concerned district court.
(4) If any complaint or reply is received according to sub-section (3), the relevant district court shall take necessary action, hearing and disposal according to the law.
